Obtaining credits

Participants

To obtain credits, registered participants are required to:

  • Wear the identification badge during working sessions
  • Validate attendance by reading the bar-code placed on the badge, before the start of the scientific work and in the evening, at the end of the scientific work
  • Fill in the assessment and approval questionnaires for each individual conference day within the MyICAR reserved area in the official website.

Speakers

Speakers will be given 1 credit for each half-hour of consecutive teaching.

Moderators will be given 1 credit for each moderation session.

Speakers, moderators and discussants can decide to obtain credits as participants (see participants).

Attendance Tracking

Attendance of individual participants will be measured by reading the bar-code placed on the badge at the beginning and end of the scientific papers or each individual course and filling out the online evaluation questionnaire (only one attempt will be allowed) and approval rating, within one's MyICAR restricted area.

CME certification

Credits will be given only if a participant attends 90% of the working sessions and provides correct answers to at least 75% of the questions included in the final assessment questionnaire. The Provider will send CME certificates to the participants after the Conference.

SVC Assobiomedica

The Pre-Congress Courses and the Congress were evaluated as compliant with the Code of Ethics by the Conference Evaluation System (SVC) of Assobiomedica (Event Code: 2024-0409182232).
